ii) Ordinary Member (RM50): Malaysian Only

iii) Associate Member (RM50): Non-Malaysian

iv) Affiliated Member (RM300.00): Any organisations interested in the activities and objective of MSLAB

v) Life Member (RM300): Malaysian Only

Please note that your application is subjected to the approval of the MSLAB.

Your payment will be returned to you if the membership application is rejected by MSLAB.
